Lovingly prepared peasant food
Nothing was more comforting than the smell of my grandmother's fresh baked bread every morning. She would top this with fresh churned butter and homemade preserves, accompanied with farm eggs scrambled with peppers. The kitchen was the warmest place in our home and my Baba's Garden a magical place, right under my bedroom window.

Decades have passed but the memory of our miniature farm, the churned butter and cheeses, fresh kefir and wild berries from the adjoining woods have never left me.
The smell of potatoes, apples and pears stored for the winter in the coolest part of our basement has inspired me to roam the backroads of the world in search of authentic peasant cuisine which I humbly endeavor to recreate for you with love and healthful intentionality.
